By placing an order with printing-booklet.com Design and Print Centre Ltd you are entering a legally binding agreement with printing-booklet.com Design and Print Centre Ltd and are considered to have read, accepted and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

Delivered ordered quantities may vary within 5% of the ordered quantity.

Colours may vary and no guarantee is offered for matching Pantone references or previously printed booklets or any other printed material whether it was printed by printing-booklet.com / Design and Print Centre Ltd or another printing company.

No printed or digital proof will be produced where customers submit their own artwork. Should a customer require a digital proof of their own artwork, an additional fee will be incurred at £3 per page with a minumum fee of £25. Digital proofing will occur when printing-booklet.com / Design and Print Centre Ltd have been commissioned to design and create print-ready artwork. The cost for this will have been included in the quotation issued to the customer prior to ordering.

printing-booklet.com / Design and Print Centre Ltd take no responsibility for the print quality achieved from artwork supplied by customers. For example, and not exclusively, typographical errors, spelling mistakes, page numbers, images and layout will be printed as supplied. It is the customer's responsibility to check and ensure the accuracy of their artwork.

Regrettably, due to a growing number of unscrupulous individuals, the following payment terms are imperative and form part of the Design and Print Centre Ltd Company Policy:

Payment Terms: Full payment with order.

Payment by Cheque:
Your cheque needs to clear in our account before your order will be processed.

Online Payments:
A four percent (4%) surcharge is added to your total order price to cover the Paypal fees incurred by printing-booklet.com/Design and Print Centre Ltd

Payments by Telephone:
Customers are advised that payments made by phone are entered online via the secure Paypal payment service. Payments by telephone are offered as an easy option for customers and in no way are offered in an attempt to deceive customers into thinking that any other payment system is in use. A four percent (4%) surcharge is added to your total order price to cover Paypal fees incurred by printing-booklet.com Design and Print Centre Ltd.

printing-booklet.com Design and Print Centre Ltd are not responsible for delivery problems encountered by courier firms employed to deliver orders. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available on the day of delivery at the delivery address given to receive the delivery. Should the courier be unable to deliver, the goods will be taken back to their local depot and thereafter the customer is responsible for rearranging delivery.
